PROJECT OVERVIEW

JPC Group had the privilege of constructing a modern 22,500 SF athletic training facility on the North side of historic Franklin Field at the University of Pennsylvania. Under the direction of Hunter Roberts, JPC Group bulk excavated 10,000 CY of the concourse in the heart of the urban Ivy League campus. Sheeting & shoring and a 7,500 SF soil nail wall were constructed. Major utilities were installed including electric, telecom, and chilled water. Minimal impact to the existing pedestrian heavy environment during classes and the Penn Relays which had over 150,000 attendees was key to success in completing the project safely and on time.
