Kingston Square – Philadelphia, PA

Duration – 14 months

Client – Beazer Homes

Category – Housing Development

PROJECT OVERVIEW

Kingston Square is Beazer Homes’ first community site built in Philadelphia. Another large home developer recommended JPC to Beazer Homes to assist in navigating through the challenges that companies face when working with the city. Existing buildings were removed and the site was cleared to prepare for new construction. The site consists of 65 three-story homes, with concrete, asphalt paving, landscaping, hardscapes, and an independent storm water management system. JPC installed all underground water, sanitary, and storm lines, as well as detention basins and structures. JPC was also awarded the excavation work for the basements and other foundations, as well as the interior plumbing work. All the site improvements were completed on time for Beazer to open up their model homes. Being the first on the job for demolition and there at the end for paving and landscaping, JPC has experienced staff who can push the job from beginning to end.
